Parent Volunteers-

Thank you for offering to volunteer at Marching Band Events this fall.  The schedule was made from sign-up lists.  If you would like to volunteer, but don't see your name this is why.  It's not too late to volunteer, just let Cynthia or Kim know of your interest. 

If you are unable to volunteer on your scheduled event, PLEASE find a replacement from the Volunteer Contact List next to the Volunteer Schedule.  Let Cynthia or Kim know of your change or if you can't find a replacement so we can make sure every position is covered.  We appreciate your willingness to support the Band Students in their success.

We are asking all parent volunteers to come to the big red double doors on the south side of the building the band room is in.  We have a storage area there and all the BPO stuff is now being stored there and we'd like it to stay there so its out of the band room and out of Mr Andre's way.  All the water/shaved ice/souvenir stuff is there now and it will be on carts so it should be easy to get in and out.  We'll try to be in the band room to direct traffic too.  Just trying to ease the congestion in the band room a little.  Uniforms/Hats and Plumes are still in the blue room.

November 7th - Football Game at Home vs. Highland

Junior High Night (Hot Dog dinner for all band students and Jr High students play in the stands with the MHS Band)  Call time 5:00 PM.  Check-in at the courtyard by cafeteria.

1:30 p.m. -   Arrive at Glendale CC, unload equipment
2:00 p.m. -   Warm-up
2:30 p.m. -   ‘Official’ warm-up
3:05 p.m. -   Gate time
3:15 p.m. -   Performance
3:30 p.m. -   Pictures
3:45 p.m. -   Awards
4:15 p.m. -   Load equipment
5:30 p.m. -   Arrive at Mesquite, EVERYONE helps unload
